Energy Hog Resources

What, exactly, is the Energy Hog?

Picture
The Energy Hog makes learning about energy efficiency and conservation fun! The Energy Hog is a dastardly character that makes learning about energy efficiency and conservation fun.  Energy is invisible; we see the effects of it when a light or appliance turns on, but not energy itself, making energy efficiency a difficult concept for younger students. The Energy Hog makes energy a visual, easy to understand concept making it easy to focus energy education in the classroom or to highlight energy efficiency and conservation at public events.

Talk to your local project leader about having an Energy Hog visit or assembly and inspire your students to become Energy Hog Busters!
